Now that you have completed the FORM 1 VENDOR’S STATEMENT QUESTIONNAIRE & PAYMENT AUTHORITY, your Form 1 will be prepared and sent to your nominated email address to be signed electronically. You can then download a copy for your records and a copy will be provided to your real estate agent for service on any potential purchasers of your property.

Robbins Conveyancing endeavor to prepare the Form 1 within 72 business hours from submission of this request. However, the time that a Form 1 takes to be prepared will depend on responses from various government agencies and these can often take up to 10 business days to be returned.
